It didn't matter what I was taking photo's of, I just always loved having a camera in hand. At the age of 15 I started my journey in the professional photography world, working as a photographers assistant. Over the years I've had the pleasure to work for and work with Award winning photographers, across a broad range of genres. In 2017 I started working for Olympus Australia. This is where I disc

Wedding days go by in the blink of an eye. After months—or even years—of dreaming, planning, and preparation, the big day finally arrives. My wife had been imagining hers since she was a kid!

When the hard work is done and everything comes together, don’t forget to pause. Take a moment to breathe, look around, and truly soak it all in. The love, the laughter, and the joy—it’s what makes your day unforgettable.

Not much to say other than how much I love the symmetry of this little chapel on the grounds of Château Élan in the stunning Hunter Valley. 🕊

There’s something so timeless and elegant about chapels like this—they provide the perfect blend of simplicity and charm. Whether it’s the clean lines, the peaceful surroundings, or the way the light streams through the windows, it’s hard not to be captivated by the beauty of this spot.

It’s places like this that remind me why I love photographing weddings so much—every location tells its own story and adds a special layer to the couple’s big day.

Name a more iconic landmark on Sydney Harbour... I’ll wait. Apart from the overcrowded steps of the Opera House, this is the spot to be!

After their beautiful ceremony in Pyrmont, Donna and Craig chose to tour the best photo locations our stunning harbour city has to offer. It was such a joy capturing their love against Sydney’s most breathtaking backdrops—it’s days like these that make this job unforgettable.

The Anticipation of a Kiss

There’s something magical about the anticipation of a kiss – the moment right before your lips meet, the tension in the air. For me, that moment can be just as powerful as the kiss itself, and this shot of Gemma and Adam perfectly captures that beautiful stillness.

Engagement shoots are always such a blast! They’re not only a chance to get some stunning photos, but also a chance for us to connect. It’s a great way for me to learn more about you as a couple and for you to get comfortable with me behind the camera.

Adam and Gemma were both a bit nervous going into their first-ever photo session together—worried about feeling awkward or not looking their best. But as you can see, those worries quickly melted away.

The love and connection they share made the session feel so natural and effortless. The golden light of sunset, the timeless backdrop of a grassy field, and their thoughtful clothing choices all came together to make this such a pleasure to photograph. 🌟 Merry Christmas, everyone! 🎄✨

As we close out 2024, I want to take a moment to wish all my followers—new and old—a joyful holiday season filled with love, laughter, and those unforgettable moments that make life so special.

This year has been one of the best and most trying of my life. But through the challenges, I like to believe I’ve come out stronger, more focused, and ready to take on 2025 with everything I’ve got.

To those of you who’ve stuck with me—thank you. Your support means more than I can put into words. And to my new followers—welcome! I’m so glad to have you along for the ride.

In late November, I made a big decision: to pivot this account, moving away from the landscapes I’ve always loved and dedicating it entirely to weddings and couples. While it wasn’t an easy choice, it’s one I’m so excited about. Capturing the magic of wedding days is something I genuinely adore, and I can’t wait to do even more of it in 2025.

Capturing this surprise proposal was such a buzz! 🎉 After the big moment, we spent the next couple of hours exploring hidden gems in the mountains, soaking up the love and the incredible views.

Before I realised how much I loved photographing people, I’d spend hours out in nature, perfecting my landscape shots. Now, I get to combine my long-time hobby with my work—and honestly, it doesn’t get better than this. 🌿💍

Dana and Mark’s first dance—a moment that goes back centuries, with roots in medieval times. Traditionally, the first dance symbolised the couple’s commitment to each other and served as a way to introduce them as a united pair to their family and friends.

Some couples take dance lessons to put on a grand performance, while others prefer to sway, lost in the moment with their partner. As important as the dance itself is the song that accompanies it. Mel and I danced to Come What May by Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman from Moulin Rouge (believe it or not, that was my choice!).
