So many people have been asking for
Chicken Salad that I have decided to take pre-orders for this week! Pick up will be Thursday afternoon btw 4:15-5:30 at Hempstead High school. If you work on campus with me, it will be available for lunch on Thursday (pick up in teachers’ lounge). Please have orders in by Wednesday at 4:00. Prepayment will confirm
Your order. Please be specific about type of
Chicken salad, add ons, dressing, quantity, etc when ordering.

16 oz Containers $10
Add 1 sandwich size croissant $11
*Traditional (celery, green onion, pickle)
*cranberry pecan
*jalapeno popper (roasted jalapeños, bacon, cheese, ranch)
*buffalo (celery, green onion, franks red hot buffalo sauce)

Chicken Salad on mixed green salad with crackers and dressing $10
*8 oz choice of chicken salad (choose from list above) on a bed of mixed greens and veggies. *Served with crackers,

Just a couple of days left of our CLOSING SALE! Everything must go- we still have cake containers and boxes, styrofoam and plastic food packaging, and fresh salads and chicken salads, wraps and sandwiches available for lunch until Friday.

Big items left: solid metal shelving $30 each, linens (lots of white, pink, few colors) $5 each,
8 2person bistro tables $25 each, filing cabinet $10, corner desk $20, coffee tables $10 each, and other assorted items (lots of decor glassware/vases/candle holders).

We are no longer accepting UPS packages, and we cannot take cards- no internet/phone.

We will open at 11:00 today-sorry for any inconvenience. We begin our close-out sale today. Please stop by to see items for sale. I will not be answering an inquiries via comment, messenger, or text: it is too much to keep up with while trying to prep, cook, attend to daily business, and manage catering. Closing sale will be this tues-Fri 11:00-6:00, closed Sat, Sun, Mon; Sale resumes next tues-Fri 11:00-6:00. We will cease UPS drop off service this week.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
We truly regret to inform all of our wonderful customers and local friends that we will be CLOSING our business in the next couple of weeks. It was a very difficult decision, but it is what is best for our family at this time. We will still be available for catering, so please email [email protected] for catering/menu information. Please continue to follow our page after we close, as we will offer dinners, casseroles, and salads from time to time.

We will be open until the end of the month. 
We will begin a HUGE CLOSING SALE beginning Tues-Fri June 20-23 and Tues-Fri June 27-30. Bakery/Food packaging supplies will be discounted (not cases of items) and all shelving/furniture/supplies MUST GO. We will also have lots table linens and assorted items for sale.

Please let us know if you require ordering of bulk/cases of items in the future- we will make arrangements. Pictures of sale items will be posted for reference by Monday. Please share with local bakers, caterers, food service folks, event planners!
