Let’s talk pros and cons of grounded ceremony flowers!

Pros: beautiful, easy to move and repurpose after the ceremony, won’t block the view at your venue, no need to rent an additional structure or arch
Cons: since the couple and officiant all stand directly in front of it, it’s more difficult to see; probably more expensive than you expect (i.e., easily over $1000, it takes A LOT of flowers)

What do you think? Would you consider grounded flowers for your ceremony?

Two live apple trees to frame your wedding ceremony? Yes please! These arrangements at the base of the trees were made with no floral foam which is not environmentally or people friendly. Instead, I have been loving the which is sustainable AND home compostable 💚

It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, and since I have new headshots from now is the time! I’m Skye, the owner of Wild Vine Floristry. A few things to know about me are:

🌸 I’m a wife and mama to two little boys
🌸 I love coffee and worked at Starbucks all through college
🌸 speaking of college, I have 3 psychology degrees 🤓
🌸 I have a flower “bucket list” of designs I want to do (someone let me do an epic staircase!)
