Dear I Do Flowers Clients,

As the Coronavirus continues to impact our local communities, we wanted to take a moment to connect with you directly. Please rest assured that I Do Flowers/ Petals To Go Team is proactively working to ensure that our clients, vendor partners and employees stay safe and well-informed. We are closely monitoring recommendations and guidance form the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) along with our local and state governments.

Our company is open for business, and our employees are healthy and working. We are also taking every precaution in the store to help keep everyone staying healthy. We are observing normal business hours, at this time. We do however ask if you could place your orders over the phone or on our website to ensure everyone stays healthy. While we expect this situation to be short-term in our area, the days and weeks ahead do remain uncertain – should something change, we will be sure to communicate with you through email and our social media channels.

For our booked clients whose wedding or event that is planned for the next month, we ask you to reach out to us as soon as possible to let us know if you are planning on canceling/ postponing your event. The CDC is recommending events of more than 50 people should be rescheduled. With this being said our vendor partners have reached out to us to let us know we are allowed to cancel any event order 7 days before the asked delivery date. This for most of our weddings is the MONDAY before your date. If you are planning on canceling please do let us know ASAP so we can plan accordingly.

Please note that all of the items in your contract will remain in full effect if you do choose to postpone your date. Because this situation is dynamic and may change rapidly, we understand that you might be considering the idea of canceling your wedding or event, rather than postponing. While we encourage you to choose to postpone your wedding/ event, rather than canceling, this may not be an option for some. Should you ultimately choose to cancel your wedding/ event, please note that as stated in your contract, we would not be able to offer a refund of any kind.

Lastly, We want to be sure you know how much we appreciate your business and understanding during this difficult time. As each day we progress with new developments, we want to personally assure you that our Team is dedicated to the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, clients and community. As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns, as we are truly here to help!
