It's a true story about my life as a professional pastry chef told through recipes and the history behind them. Over 100 recipes have been shared for you to try out. It is the first of three books with the second on "DNA of my favourite bakes" coming out soon. The last one "DNA of Chocolate" will complete my trilogy of pastry books.

Easter is just around the corner, so why not celebrate with a special afternoon tea @ The Jamaican Story Garden Farnborough. Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th April 2023. We served home baked treats including our popular "Hummingbird Cake", moist carrot cake and single origin chocolate truffle eclair, lemon curd & raspberry cheesecake and of course hot cross scones. Joining the cake stand are cumber mint sandwich, roast chicken on sourdough, jersey royal smoked salmon, chickpea cake and caramelized onion sausage roll. Large selection of teas, fair trade coffee or hot chocolate all rounded up with a welcome drink and a chocolate Easter treat. £25.50 per person.

Hi everyone, I hope all is well. Just to let you know that we will launching the Jamaican story garden this summer and Cake Indulgence will join the venture with another pop cafe open every Sunday in August, mid-week days also coming up. The official opening is end of July but mostly booked out, sorry.
The pop cafe at Fabrica North Camp will start again Saturday 31st July and will open every other Saturday. Official garden and cafe opentimes will be published soon but you can check out the garden on Facebook The Jamaican Story Garden. Stay safe and happy Andreas
