Looking for a pastry book with a difference, have a look at my first book "DNA of a Pastry Chef". It's a true story about my life as a professional pastry chef told through recipes and the history behind them. Over 100 recipes have been shared for you to try out. It is the first of three books with the second on "DNA of my favourite bakes" coming out soon. The last one "DNA of Chocolate" will complete my trilogy of pastry books.
