Hi ! We are working hard to get ready for “A December to Remember- a Christmas Market”. We are so excited to offer over 45 vendors and fun, FREE activities for all of you. Donations to the Salvation Army Food Bank (Captains Mailman) are appreciated but not required. Come and enjoy!

What an amazing autumn we have had! It has been extra weeks of warm weather, beautiful sunrises, and sunsets, warm afternoons, and yesterday … a dandelion!😁. Then I turned on the radio … and there was Christmas music🎄🌟! We are gearing up for Christmas, getting pine cones, Christmas balls, and birch logs ready to go into arrangements! Our winter greens arrive next week! It’s coming and we’re ready! 🎄🎅🎁
They shall not grow old, As we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun, and in the morning; WE WILL REMEMBER THEM. So very thankful for the men and women who sacrificed and who are currently serving.
As I look outside on this grey day, I’m remembering 2023 as the “Summer of Colour”. So many beautiful colours for so many different occasions. Weddings, Just Because, and Tribute Flowers were all created to be colourful and happy.

In January, I decided that 2023 was the year I was going to be more intentional with my flower buying power. I was invited to be a part of the and almost weekly I purchase flowers from the collective. 85% of all the products in the bouquets I send out are locally grown! I feel this has been a great way to support local growers in the flower community! Thanks for continuing to support my little shop on the prairie and all the local flower farmers out there!

So I have two things that I really love (after my family of course) . My one thing is flowers and gardening and the other is cooking and canning things. I was going through a cookbook that my Grandma gave to me and I came across these words of wisdom. I’m adding these to my personal garden today though it’s not spring.
