Less to print, no stamps to buy, and avoids the chaos of missing or delayed mail (because let’s be honest… the postal system runs on its own schedule). Digital RSVPs keep everything organized in one place and are so much easier to track.

2️⃣ Repurpose Your Ceremony Florals & Décor
If your ceremony is short, those gorgeous pieces barely get time to be admired. Give them more time to shine! Use aisle arrangements as reception centerpieces, move your arch behind the sweetheart table, or reuse signage and décor at cocktail hour.

3️⃣ Skip the Favors (yep… still saying it!)

The ugly truth about Wedding Details..

1. Those beautiful large installs?
We love them too — statement arches, hanging florals, big wow moments!

But those gorgeous pieces take time. You may need extra venue hours for setup and teardown. Beautiful details don’t just appear — they’re built.

2. Personalized cocktail napkins?
They’re so cute (we’re obsessed)… but here’s the truth — there are always tons left over. If you’re okay with extras, go for it! Otherwise, scale down your order and save the budget for something guests will notice more.

3.Personal items & décor:
Anything you bring in? It has to go back out.
By the end of the night, you’ve added cards, gifts, flowers, maybe even leftover cake. Suddenly, those boxes double — make sure you have a trusted person or team to take it all home.

4. Exits are tricky:
They look magical in photos — but behind the scenes, it’s a few minutes of chaos.
Guests are chatting, the night’s wrapping up, you’re doing a private dance, and then everyone’s told to grab sparklers/item ( whatever it is) and head out. It’s a bit like herding cats 🐈 — go with the flow, enjoy your moment, and end on a high note!

5. Weather & Plan B’s:
It’s not the pretty part, but it’s the real part. Wind, rain, humidity — they all affect florals, candles, and décor setups. A great vendor team always has a Plan B ready so your day stays beautiful no matter what Mother Nature decides.

So yes, Pinterest gives you the inspo, but your vendor A-Team brings it to life. ✨
