This is the age old question 'Do I really NEED a wedding planner'?
The answer is.... YES
Let's say your budget is 10,000
Your venue is 5,000. This doesn't include your ceremony site out by the lake, this is an additional $500. You have 200 people coming, and chairs and tables aren't a part of your $5,000. Tables are $7.50 each,(round tables for 6 people comfortably) that's about 33 tables, which is $247.50. You'll also need chairs, you've decided on the white padded ones that are $2.50 each, which is $500! You've OVER SPENT and you don't have a cake, food or entertainment.
As a wedding planner, I have a list of preferred vendors I work with. I will create a budget that is appealing to you and your wallet. The numbers listed in the scenario above are actual prices for vendors and venues around upstate NY.
