Valentine's Day is just 3 weeks away! 😳
Save yourself the headache and stress and get your orders in early to your favorite, LOCAL florist 💐
Look, I know those online gigs look dreamy with their $19.99 dozen roses.
That, my friends, is what we call in the marketing world a "hook".
You will pay FAR more than $19.99 and your flowers will most likely come in a box from UPS and be left outside in freezing winter temperatures leaving them frozen and worthless.
Sounds romantic, doesn't it?
But, roses are SO expensive! 🤯
So, then don't buy roses, silly!!
Who said it has to be 1 dozen roses on Valentine's Day??
Do you think they're going to love you less if you give them daisies? 😀
Every florist I know has a variety of price points designed for every budget. Florists are cool like that.
So, here's what you are going to do. Are you ready?
Google: Fresh Flowers + Delivery Zip Code.
Look for a LOCAL name & phone number (the big flower companies are sneaky turds and pretend to be local to fool the unsuspecting customer).
Now, here's the really really scary part- call them on the phone!
I know it's a big step, but you can do it! I believe in you! And seriously, do it now and not on February 13th because it might be even scarier then. 😁
Tell the florist you want to send flowers and tell them the price point you’d like to budget. They will happily give you options.
Remember, florists are like any other business and they are dealing with price hikes all around and even they are gouged at Valentine's Day from suppliers. I don't know ANY florist who has left for a tropical vacation on February 15th. I don't know any florist that really takes any kind of vacation, to be honest.
So there you go. If you're still reading this, you know what to do.
If you are still confused, send me a message and I'll try to help you find a reputable, local florist wherever you need to send flowers.
🫶✌️
❤ Keep it local 💐
