Good afternoon guys! We are a business that runs off of deposits. When it's time to work on orders we check balances first, not order forms. If you do not have a deposit paid when it's time to work on your order, you will be passed over. If you are making an order for the week that we are currently in your deposit is due at the end of that day if not immediately. If you are requesting an order to be picked up in 2 days or less from the time of ordering you will be charged a late fee, this fee is mainly for cakes and party treats in bulk. This is the norm for most custom treat businesses. Yes we understand that Giant or Sam's doesn't require this but, they also don't put the time into each order as we do as their cakes are massed produced and it's no big deal when you decide that you will not be picking up your order.
