Beautiful Mapperton was the perfect backdrop to Becky & Sam's gorgeous wedding ✨💓 We were unbelievably lucky with the weather - the set up day was torrential sideways rain that didn't let up for a minute...! We opted for an indoor ceremony to be on the safe side and make the most of those striking florals, and then the clouds parted and the sun shone for a drinks reception in the spectacular sunken Italian gardens, which are such a magical part of the Mapperton wedding experience 🌿

A little green nook from the glorious 🌿💚 Last week I was lucky enough to have an early tour, and see the incredible restoration of this Jacobean manor house in action. It is SO exciting to have such a stylish home with beautiful listed gardens available to hire privately for weddings in South Devon.

The bedroom and bathroom designs are impeccable, all filled with gorgeous textiles, wallpapers, paints and the most incredible art selection. The shared spaces are equally divine and such a special place for your closest family and friends to enjoy time together over your wedding weekend.

Langdon will have a beautiful marquee installed each summer for weddings which provides ample space for up to 150 guests, or you can keep things super intimate and host 30 guests in the house itself (the Palm Court above is one of the spaces where you can hold your ceremony).

The house and gardens are just stunning and I can't wait to return and see everything again in full shiny glory ✨ I can't ever do these spaces justice, but definitely check out Instagram to see the progress so far, it's going to be a very special place to get married and I can't wait to share it with future clients 💖

Back at beautiful this weekend with the amazing 💓✨ We went for romantic pinks and greens and all of the florals were grown locally. Some of my favourites from Alice + Nathan's gorgeous and colourful black tie marquee wedding this summer 🥂 The weather was wild but cocktails flowed, the music was on point alllllll day thanks to Nathan's minute-by-minute musical planning, and everyone was cosy inside the tent 💓 We had to postpone multiple times because of COVID, but it was definitely worth the wait 🥰

April and Tom's wedding was the first of many beautiful celebrations for this summer ✨

May has been a glorious month of beautifully sunny weddings ✨ Here is yesterday's al fresco set up with stellar Cornish views 😍 It's not often we get weather like this in the UK, and with a small wedding party we were able to chose last minute whether we ate under the tent, or outside. 10 Years ✨

Our small business had its 10 year anniversary earlier this year. In the flurry of being busy again after a dodgy couple of years we missed this milestone & forgot to raise a glass to its success.

In the early days, it never felt like we knew what we were doing, but as it happens we got vastly better at our work, and now we most definitely do know a great deal about supplying furniture and decor to events. Our furniture has been to 1000’s of incredible weddings, events and parties across the country and overseas.

We couldn’t have done it without you, our incredible clients, and fellow industry professionals. We love you all, thank you for supporting us through the journey ☀️
