My design process always begins with art. Art in any form - fine art, nature, culture, music, fashion. I like to begin with a singular inspiration and work to understand it. To take it apart and put it back together. Understand the history behind it. Contemplate not only the visuals but how it makes me feel.

For our editorials at I am doing just that. We’ve chosen three inspiring art movements as our focus for the three editorials. Right now, I’m studying the history, the philosophies, the patterns and pulling my ideas together into a cohesive design that speaks to the modern old soul and Francophile.

We’re sourcing from iconic tabletop brands, commissioning custom linens, working with beyond talented fashion designers, and antiquing pieces to bring this all to life. If I’m being honest, I’m a bit awestruck with what we have in store and I truly can’t wait to share how it all comes together.

Kicking off our 2023 recap with this stunning day from one of the most special properties I’ve ever worked at. is a step back in history and managed to perfection - perfect for an intimate wedding group.

This shoot was designed with opulent neutrals in mind. We used tones of lavender, plum, and caramel but in a way that read neutrally and added to the opulence of the setting.

Our stunning bride wore and carried a petite sweet pea and hellebore bouquet perfect for the romantic design. A stunning ceremony facing the garden, cigarette boat ride on Lake Como, and dinner in the manicured gardens of Villa Sola? It doesn’t get much better than that.

Happy December First! We're currently securing the final details for our last wedding of 2023 and planning holiday festivities and tablescapes to celebrate the end of the year. We're taking inspiration from Mariam's design this past fall, in using festive plaids, lush florals and unexpected elements in the menus and other decor. It's going to be a beautiful month.

Through many seasons of navigating this industry, making mistakes, and evolving my brand, I have created the life I have always dreamed of. My days are spent working with talented creatives and my summers are spent creating all across the world. I took my big dream and turned it into a beautiful life.

With nearly a decade of working in the luxury destination space, I can’t wait to share my experiences, strategy, and perspective on entering the luxury destination space and making an impact. The life you have always dreamt of is waiting for you! I’ve spent years as a designer for luxury events, a mentor for wedding creatives, and an advocate for creating the life of your dreams. I am so incredibly excited to have the opportunity to host you for three life-changing days of pampering, learning, and beauty at the Luxury Photography Workshop from April 22-25, 2024 at Château du Grand-Lucé.

Yes, Molly Carr and I will be your educators and are excited to share all that we have learned from our many years of experience, trials, and tribulations, but we are equally as excited to spend three days with you in our beloved France as your friends, your tour guides, and your trusted confidants.
