From time to time, I sit down and design a bouquet off the top of my head to see if some bride might be interested in purchasing just a bridal bouquet.

My question to all you brides – what colors are brides looking for in a bouquet, what style of bouquet, whether it be a traditional round bouquet, boho or cascading bouquet and are there particular flower types brides are wanting incorporated in their bouquet. OMG! Look at this gorgeous boho bridal bouquet. Thank you Martina from Hampton, Iowa for purchasing this premade bridal bouquet in white, burgundy and navy with matching boutonniere. I can't wait for her to carry this stunning bouquet down the aisle on her wedding day!!

She noticed from looking on my page I also design bridesmaid bouquets and has decided to order those as well. Look forward to seeing how everything comes together for her big day!!

We realize that you may have collected a vast array of photos as inspiration which is great, as it helps us realize your style, but your bouquet will be as unique as you are. All our bouquets are made from the best quality silk flowers, to be as realistic as possible.
Silk flowers are such a wonderful alternative to fresh. You can keep them forever, knowing they won’t wilt or die, and will look as wonderful in the years to come as the day you walked down the aisle. Other great advantages are that they are perfect for allergy sufferers. No one wants to walk down the aisle with a red, runny nose to be interrupted mid vow to sneeze. MEET THE FLORIST BEHIND THOSE BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS🌷🌹🌺🌼!!

My name is Ruth Kampman, owner/designer of Wedding Décor by Ruth, starting my small business the fall of 2014 after helping with our daughter’s beautiful barn wedding of which I designed all the bridal party florals along with creating all the centerpieces. While working on our daughter’s wedding florals, I fell in love with flowers. Being around such beauty made such a positive impact on my life and inspired me wanting to pursue the desire to create beautiful florals for brides all over the United States. I must admit, I knew absolutely NOTHING about flowers let alone putting together a bouquet, a boutonniere or a corsage together in a pleasing fashion. My journey of learning how to put these together has been by trial and error, but I knew if I trusted God for wisdom and help, He would give me the vision I needed to create it in my head and use my hands to design the flowers brides requested. I never dreamed that I would ever be able to start a small business working with brides, designing their flowers with no formal training at all. With encouragement from my husband and our family suggesting I follow my passion of designing and working with other brides to create their dream flowers for their special wedding day, Wedding Decor by Ruth was created. I remember trusting God with this venture, giving it all to Him for his honor and glory. One morning as I was reading, I came upon this verse that really spoke to me "Commit to the Lord whatever you do and He will establish your plans" ~ Proverbs 16:3. I claimed that verse for my business. I am in awe of how God has equipped me over the years and how HE has truly taken this business and blessed it beyond measure.
I believe all brides should have the wedding flowers of their dreams without breaking the bank or compromising their wedding budget. I truly believe each and every bride I work with is special!! My goal is to provide ultimate customer service and design their wedding flowers beyond expectation and make a statement on their wedding day. I pride myself on making unique one of a kind silk bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages that you can’t find at your typical florist shop or on Etsy. My pieces are customized and 100% handmade to fit the vision of each individual bride and groom I work with. I am very detail-oriented in designing my bouquets and strive to deliver my very best to you. I listen to your wishes, stay within your budget and want you excited to carry one of my bouquets down the aisle! I’m all about helping bride’s vision become a reality and taking part in my clients’ special occasions. You are the reason I absolutely LOVE what I do and put my heart and soul into each wedding! I have worked hard in my small business and was honored by WeddingWire to receive the Couples’ Choice Award in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 along with The Knot Pro receiving Best of Weddings for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
I am a wife and mom of two beautiful grown children with families of their own. I am also grandma to six beautiful grandchildren, Oliver, Emilee, Henry, Gio, Harlow and our newest Maeve. I love life and so thankful to the gifts God has given me!
