🔵Key Responsibilities
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
Assist in preparing contracts, invoices, and basic documents
Handle office supply inventory and procurement
Provide support during events and bookings
Greet and assist clients or guest as needed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned

🔵Qualifications
✔️High School Diploma or college level
✔️Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
✔️Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
✔️Friendly, Trustworthy, and a team player
