As we gear up for Austin F1 and Vegas F1. Throw back to last year’s Vegas event for Pirellli! This design was all about focus on glamor, texture, and mood.

DESIGN BHS: Creating a brand wow factor in an intimate space. Each vignette, photo opp, bar area had to stand out and have a purpose in the design.

Thrilled to design this launch event for with . For this event we focused on clean lines, modern textures and leaned into the brand color palette for the floral components to soften the displays. What a fun way to spend the beginning of the fall season.

Cheering on the Olympics and . Congrats to and the UK team silver medal. Throwing back to the fantastic women’s sports panel hosted by during SXSW. The WSE team was thrilled to produce the event full of inspiring insights. Moderated by Lindsay Peoples with Chloe Kim, Dina Asher-Smith, and Haley Rosen.

Loved designing this concept. Brand design details from VoxMedia Live on the Roof from for and cocktail event. We wanted to create a space that felt like San Diego from the custom surf board, to amazing sourced art pieces from local artists, custom San Diego photographs, vibrant lounge vignettes and floral, and fun branded aprons and other elements.

It’s brand relaunch week and wanted to take some time to focus on what we are all about! We are brought on to projects because our clients love their brand and want it to come to life in a specific way while also achieving ROI goals. We work with our clients to make sure both of these elements come together, ensuring the event achieves the brand marketing goals but is also sustainable from the financial side.

Over the past 10 years with WSE, I’ve had the privilege of producing and designing some truly amazing events. Along the way, I’ve formed lifelong connections with our clients, couples, their families, and our vendor family.

As we step into 2024, I’ve been reflecting on our journey and where I want to take WSE in the future and it’s time for a change.

Moving forward, WSE will be focusing solely on our corporate clients. We’ll be dedicating our efforts to experiential activations, brand marketing concepts, concerts, popups, conferences, fan engagement events - essentially, the core of our business. It’s an exciting time for us as we hone in on what we do best and continue to push the boundaries of event strategy, design, and production.

I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support throughout this journey. Your trust and belief in WSE mean the world to me, and I can’t wait to embark on this new chapter together.
