LOCATION – we are based in Millhouses, Sheffield (S7) and happy to rent across South Yorkshire & Derbyshire (see delivery options below). We also have a base in Walsall, WS9 and are happy to organise for hire in and around that area. THE COLLECTION
This gorgeous collection includes a mix of desi
gns which all come together to create a beautiful mismatched tea set - perfect to add a little vintage class to your special event, be it wedding, christening, anniversary, venue opening or just a gathering of old friends.

each trio includes a matching cup, saucer & side plate; across the collection the trios are mismatched but complementary and are all beautiful designs; manufacturers include Colclough, Adderley, Dorchester and Queen Anne
> 12 milk jug & sugar bowl pairs ~
> 5 cake plates ~
each of these items matches at least one of the trio designs; each cake plate also matches one of the milk jug & sugar bowl pairs
> 9 teapots ~
the teapots are all mismatched but all complement the other tea set items
> Cake stands ~
we have a range of 1, 2 and 3 tier cake stands available for rental; please ask for more information
> 1 coffee set ~
this includes 6 espresso cups & saucers and 1 matching sugar bowl

> 15 x square tablecloths to fit the top of 5.5ft tables* - navy blue with white spots (*136cm x 136 cm / 190cm on the diagonal)
> 2 x vintage metal wall hangings (“and they lived happily ever after” / “love is all you need”)
**All items in the trios and crockery sets are original vintage so do have signs of wear; all are still in good condition though and I will always aim to ensure no items are cracked or chipped before including them for rental**

> Mismatched package for 10 guests = £30.00 (includes 10 trios, 2 milk jug & sugar bowl pairs, 2 cake plates, 2 teapots)
> Mismatched package for 15 guests = £45.00 (includes 15 trios, 3 milk jug & sugar bowl pairs, 3 cake plates, 3 teapots)
> Mismatched package for 20 guests = £60.00 (includes 20 trios, 4 milk jug & sugar bowl pairs, 4 cake plates, 4 teapots)
We also have a few completely matching sets for 2 to 6 guests (includes trios, 1 cake plate and 1 milk jug & sugar bowl pair) – please contact us for a specific quote if this is your preference
Other accessories can be added to packages as required and charged as above
DELIVERY OPTIONS
SHEFFIELD:
Delivery and pick up charge (round trip from Millhouses, S7) charged @ 50p per mile OR you are welcome to pick up for free from our base in Millhouses, Sheffield S7
WALSALL:
Delivery and pick up charge (round trip from Walsall, WS9) charged @ 50p per mile OR you are welcome to pick up for free from our base in Walsall, WS9
TERMS & CONDITIONS
> Minimum rental fee @ £30.00
> Based on 3 day rental - drop off, event day, pick up
> Crockery to be returned in same state as delivered (ie: hand washed* and safely packed in boxes)
*please do not put items in the dishwasher
~ Crockery items can be returned unwashed for an additional set fee of £25.00
> Tablecloths to be returned in same state as delivered (ie: washed & ironed)
~ Tablecloths can be returned unwashed for an additional fee of £2.50 per item
> 25% deposit required on booking to hold the stock for the specific dates (cash or bank transfer)
> If event is cancelled within 7 days of the booked date, your deposit is non-refundable; for cancellations more than 7 days from booked date a full refund will be issued; all cancellations required in writing please (email is fine)
> Balance payment on delivery (cash or bank transfer in advance)
> We understand that accidental damages may occur, but we do need to replace damaged stock; we therefore ask for a standard damage deposit of £100.00 - to be reimbursed on return & inspection of stock; (please make a note of / return what gets broken for stock control)
> Damages charged at:
~ 1 part of trio @ £3.00 (eg: £9.00 if cup, saucer and side plate damaged)
~ Cake plate or 1 tier cake stand @ £5.00
~ 2 or 3 tier cake stand @ £14.00
~ Milk jug or sugar bowl @ £4.00
~ Teapot @ £7.00
~ Coffee set @ £15.00
~ Tablecloth @ £10.00
~ Birdcage decoration @ £15.00
~ Vintage metal wall hanging @ £5.00
