For groups of less than 30, we have an A La Carte menu available. All food is lovingly made from scratch with only the freshest ingredients and cuts of meat. All taco fillings, salsas, beans and rice as well as various taco toppings are prepared in-house by hand. Chef Marissa Ayala is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She specializes in cooking homemade Mexican food with recip

I’ve been wanting to make Sopa de Fideo for a while now, so it’s what’s for dinner tonight. A quick and delicious meal which is basically a Mexican noodle soup in a tomato based broth. I added shredded chicken and like to dress mine up with various garnishes. In this case I used shredded cabbage, grated radish, soft boiled egg, green onions, crumbled queso fresco and fresh avocado. I could eat the whole dang pot by myself!
