1. Chicken Fajita Pasta.

2. Seared sea scallops with blueberry compote and cheddar mushroom risotto.

3. Pretzel crusted chicken with honey glazed carrots.

4. Pecan crusted catfish with caramel mustard/ herb roasted potatoes.

5. Lamb chops with pomegranate reduction and mashed sweet potatoes.

6. Ribeye with Parmesan cream, shrimp scampi and asparagus with double baked sweet potato.

7. Veal cutlets with rice pilaf.

8. Roasted pork loin with apple gravy and polenta.

9. Spinach and sun dried tomato smothered chicken breast with green beans and roasted cauliflower.

10.Shaved ribeye pepper steak over coconut rice.

11. Coffee rubbed filet with lobster Cabernet sauce and 3 cheese Mac.
