Mitchell's Plain Music Festival The three-day festival is the climax of four weeks of auditions inside Westgate Mall.

Unknown music artists and acts from all over Cape Town can make the bill and perform with major artists at the official 3 day music festival in Mitchell's Plain. We aim to promote the proud community of Mitchell's Plain through a cultural event that creates empowerment and social redress. Joining hands with our communal neighbors, caring brands and government to show the city, the country and the

world that we are a community of talent and pride. The Mitchell's Plain Music Festival is a showcase of this and the Cape Flats communities talented singers and musicians and must become a premier event on the local and national calendar spring boarding into artists development locally and with our international partners. Bursaries, exchange programs and internships are at the core of our mission.
