Hey Pot Heads!

Good news, I have a video dropping today. I am starting a Meal Prep series on the channel and what better way to start than with SMOOTHIES!

I love smoothies.. I have one just about every day - whether its to hold me over for dinner, a nice snack when I'm not starving or a quick breakfast, smoothies show up daily in my diet.

I figured.. most people aren't going to wake up early for a smoothie or want to pay 6 dollars for one from Tropical Smoothie or Smoothie King BUT with a few ingredients and some prep work, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Stay tuned! Video goes live at 1:30pm.
