This lady has been cooking for over 4 days and counting.

She's based in Nigeria and she has been cheered on by the Nigerian people for her courage and culinary skills. It's one thing to cook for long hours but to cook with no sleep and minimal rest for 4 days and, food also tasting amazing? Wow!

She has been cooking so many different dishes. She does not sell them but gives them all away for free.

She's the type of person that is worthy of Royal titles! A type of person young people should look up to and creators and peers alike to admire.

Now that she has broken the record of being able to cook non stop longer than the previous record holder from India Lata Tandon who cooked for 87 hours and 45 mins. What Lata did was an achievement rightly held until, Hilda Baci smashed it today and still cooking beyond the record to set her own.

Well done again Hilda and keep on pushing until your own finish line!❤️

Dear Customers.

We trialled the St John's Market last week and unfortunately it did not work out for us for several reasons so we won't be continuing on there.

Mostly, the physical pressures of setting up and packing up daily took its toll. Thank you food court for the opportunity and sorry to disappoint your customers.

We are so used to being in our food truck when we used to just plug and go. Since it was stolen this summer we have been managing festivals and events with a gazebo set up, however, that was manageable in the warm months.

We will continue with our office & private catering from our 5 star rated private kitchen. Click on the link in our bio to place an order for your upcoming functions, be it weddings, birthday, baby shower or office party. We have lunch boxes, finger food as well as buffet menus in just a few clicks.

What next for Souldeliciouz?

We are now on the look out for commercial properties where we can call home. As a small business, it's going to be a task as well as a costly one.

For the above to surpass, we will be setting up a Gofund me page soon, asking for donations to rent a space where we can continue cooking the food you love, to sit down and eat or takeaway.

We will also use the funds to hire staffs, decorate and equip the new space. We also want to keep our prices as low as possible so, a space with low rent would be great. Ideally we would love to open our first public space in the Southwark Borough but will welcome surrounding Boroughs like Lambeth & Lewisham.

So far, its proving quit difficult finding a affordable suitable space. If anyone here knows how to get a space, specifically where we can use our charcoal bbqs would be so helpful to us.

📢SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT📢

We are happy to announce that we will be serving our Souldeliciouz Goodies at the St John's Food Court in Waterloo based in front of the Iconic Church from Monday the 14th of November 10:30am until 3pm.

This has been in the planning for some months now and we are looking forward to finally start. We, alongside other caterers were carefully selected to trial at this Market since it last closed during the Pandemic.

Our other fellow caterers such as , , and .box are already serving the public there.

If you are based around Waterloo area or just fancy a trip to Waterloo then, please check us all out. From Thai food, to Japanese, Peruvian, Falafel and yours truly serving our delicious Jerk Chicken, Mouth watering Suya, Jollof Rice, Stewed Beans and so much more.

It's a Throwback!🙌🏾

The calm before the storm that Permanent Temporary Design Festival event last weekend brought our way.

A very nice Storm of hungry bellies. We certainly are not complaining. We just wish we could have brought more food. Sold out on both days. After this video was taken, we could not take any more pictures because we were swamped.

Many thanks to the organisers for choosing us again and mostly importantly our lovely customers and new ones that turned up to support and enjoy our food.

We were truly amazed by all the love and compliments of our food and service. We honestly did not expect such a joyful crowd and you all were so patient waiting in line for our Jollof rice plus more.

Sorry to those that did not get any Jollof rice because we sold out but please look out for future posts of where we are going to be so you can pop by and try some. Yes, our Jollof rice is so worth the wait...said several Happy customers. No cap!🤩

It's a Throwback!🙌🏾 The calm before the storm that @sumweekly @pempeople @southwarksouth Permanent Temporary Design Festival event last weekend brought our way. A very nice Storm of hungry bellies. We certainly are not complaining. We just wish we could have brought more food. Sold out on both days. After this video was taken, we could not take any more pictures because we were swamped. Many thanks to the organisers for choosing us again and mostly importantly our lovely customers and new ones that turned up to support and enjoy our food.
