Guidance
My indwelling guidance is a beacon for my willing heart and mind.

A familiar verse of scripture may convey a needed insight. A thought may enter my mind after my daily meditation. A sight or sound in nature may lead to the answer I’m seeking. When I am open to it, divine guidance comes in the way that will be most helpful to my unique understanding.

When I am seeking guidance, I prayerfully focus on my question, and then I let it go. I focus on the divine presence within me and all around me. I am at peace, knowing my answer will come in the right way at the perfect time.

Divine guidance is my constant blessing. I trust with gratitude I will find the path my guidance has suggested. As I continue, I take each step forward with faith I am moving in the direction of greater and greater fulfillment.

You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me with honor.—Psalm 73:24

A very good career choice would be to gravitate toward those activities and to embrace those desires that harmonize with your core intentions, which are freedom and growth—and joy. Make a “career” of living a happy life rather than trying to find work that will produce enough income that you can do things with your money that will then make you happy. When feeling happy is of paramount importance to you—and what you do “for a living” makes you happy—you have found the best of all combinations. GOT IT ! THANKFULLY !

Rest
I honor my need to recharge and reset.

If I feel exhausted, every task I undertake will feel like a losing battle and will likely take twice as long to accomplish. When I feel this way, I might need to pause for a stretch, go for a stroll to have a breath of fresh air, or spend a few minutes in meditation. If my need is deeper, I might seek the company of a good friend or look into taking a vacation.

Rest is an important part of self-care. After all, it’s not possible to pour from an empty cup. Enjoying relaxing, restorative practices replenishes my love, compassion, and creativity.

I find precious balance when I take time to rest. I stay active and engaged and then slow down when I need to. As I honor my rhythms, I more easily live in the flow of life.

Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even in plowing time and in harvesttime you shall rest.—Exodus 34:21

Grace is a constant blessing, an invisible friend beside me, guiding my steps toward my highest good. When I have lost my way or am feeling troubled, God’s grace within me brings me back to the enduring power of divine love.

This is perhaps grace’s greatest gift, the reminder that things of the world will come and go, the transient rhythms of life will rise and fall, but the presence and power of God will endure, unchanging and unchangeable.

I find peace when I align my thoughts with God’s presence with and within me. I place my attention on the positive and trust divine grace.

With a grateful heart, I affirm all things are working for my good. I am at peace knowing I have the blessing of God’s grace.

The Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.—Psalm 145:8

If all you did was just look for things to appreciate you would live a joyous, spectacular life. If there was nothing else that you ever came to understand other than just look for things to appreciate, it’s the only tool you would ever need to predominantly hook you up with who you really are. That’s all you’d need.

Sounds Legit....Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want. . . . In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And—in that moment—your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. That is the Process of Pivoting. Piot. S**t. Turn the other cheek. Whatever...Just . Stay. Positive.

There are bound to be times when divine protection feels elusive, but it is always with me. When the protecting presence of God feels far away, I shift my attention away from what may be troubling or scaring me and place it on the presence, power, and absolute goodness of God.

In the prayerful stillness, I remind myself there is no place where God is not. In all circumstances, I am clothed in perfect love and spiritual safety.

I trust Spirit is with me always. Divine protection helps me move through life feeling secure. It gives me the confidence to be fully present in the world, not shrinking from experience or feeling afraid to be fully myself.

And you will have confidence, because there is hope

Searching for spiritual guidance from books and teachers can be helpful, but a more direct route awaits me: I can bypass external sources and commune with God.

Finding a quiet place, I take a few moments to relax into an awareness of the presence and power of God within and all around me. Perhaps I will discover my guidance through centering prayer, choosing a single word or short phrase to repeat as a meditation exercise. Meaningful words such as peace, light, joy, wholeness, and wisdom can help light my path and make my guidance clear.

Whenever I need help discerning my next steps, my indwelling divine guidance makes clear my path.

Instead of focusing on what is wrong, I give my attention to life-affirming thoughts, creative ideas, and ways I can be an instrument of peace. My thoughts, words, and deeds are peaceful. I bring peace with me wherever I go. With the light of faith, I affirm: Peace, be still.

Even if I feel unlovable or unworthy, I can never be undeserving of divine grace. Grace is not conditional. I am always God’s beloved, even when I forget or act in ways that belie my divine identity.

I remember times when I was forgiven, even when I had caused someone to be hurt. I remember being spared the consequences of some of my more unfortunate decisions. Looking back, I can see how divine grace supported me in those instances, allowing me to move forward and not be derailed by my mistakes.

Others deserve the same grace that has spared me painful outcomes. Today, I will be a blessing for them, forgiving, understanding, and sharing the grace that I have known so many times and in so many ways.

From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.—John 1:16

I've been renewing my studies of the Bible lately. Lots of wisdom there. I thought this relevant re those who pretend to espouse the Bible yet practice not the teachings of Jesus:. Perhaps there is a cautionary tale for the USA from here? From 2 Timothy 3-7:

But know this, that in the last days

critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2

For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3

having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4

betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5

having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power;b

and from these turn away. 6

From among these arise men who slyly work their way into households and captivate weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7

always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth

It is Law. It can be no other way… The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel. Over the years, I have grown so much from my spiritual practices. I have felt close to God as I have prayed, deepened in understanding as I have learned, and grown in confidence as I discovered my divinity.

I am fascinated with spiritual discovery. I realize there will always be more to learn, more ways to grow, and more ways to know God and know myself. The more I know, the more I desire to know.

My interest in and love for God is without limit. My fascination with spiritual life will continue to lead me along my path of discovery and devotion for as long as I live. I am grateful as I deepen in my relationship with God.

If I measure prosperity by the number of possessions or the amount of money I have, I might worry about losing those things or not having enough of them.

PROSPERITY:
But if I measure prosperity by the presence and power of my spiritual gifts, I realize I am heir to an unlimited supply of divine ideas, such as love, imagination, and prosperity.

My prosperity is boundless. I have within me the power to create a joy-filled life for myself. I share my prosperity by loving freely, giving generously, and forgiving easily.

When I think of how my divine gifts can enrich me and the dear ones in my life, I realize that kind of prosperity is so much more precious than any status of wealth on earth.

And my God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.—Philippians 4:19

Whether I’m praying for the world or for the dear ones in my life, I see beyond troubling circumstances and behold the presence of God as pure, unlimited wholeness, love, peace, and prosperity.

When I pray, I may acknowledge worldly conditions as they are while denying their permanence at the same time. I then affirm: God is everywhere present. I envision the healing light of the Divine abundantly blessing everyone for whom I pray.

Through prayer, I am similarly blessed. Prayer relieves me of worry or the thought my human efforts are insufficient to help my dear ones in need.

I am fulfilled and at peace as I close my prayer practice with utmost gratitude.

Thanks to everyone for their lovely birthday wishes yesterday. Twas a fine day, made so much better by your posts. May we all continue to spread our light and love while we are enjoying (staying in JOY) this lifetime. There were times in the past when I was not such a good person, but I have changed , forgiven myself and been forgiven. Life is good. Thank you Jehovah God for another day of life and your love manifested by friends .

Today I am grateful for the gift of my ability to quickly forgive:

"When someone’s words or actions hurt me, it’s natural to feel angry. I give myself permission to feel the fullness of my painful emotions and allow them to move through me. I take care of myself, doing what I need to feel better.

At times I may struggle to move past anger and find compassion. Unresolved feelings keep me stuck like a boat that has run aground. To release my hold on what has hurt me, I become willing to see the situation differently. I fill my mind with thoughts of God, remembering the divine love that connects us all.

I have a willing and forgiving attitude. Mercy frees my heart and mind. Forgiveness means I am no longer stuck. As I let go, I am free to set sail on tranquil waters."

Valentine's Day reminds me to share my love freely and generously. I need not wait for a special occasion to let others know how I feel about them.

I do not stop at showing love to those who are close to me. The love that is in me has its origin in the heart of God. As a divine being, this love is part of me and mine to share, an aspect of my spiritual inheritance.

I see the world through eyes of love. I speak gently and act humanely and empathetically. I do not hesitate to help, and I find joy in service. Compassion, kindness, generosity—there are so many ways to bring my love to everyone.

Let all that you do be done in love.—1 Corinthians 16:14
