CAJUN CHICKEN & CHORIZO PASTA 🍝

So after 8 hours of driving today it was this or a Chinese… took me all my willpower not to order a takeaway 😂 used the Cajun seasoning 🔥

Ingredients for 2 people:
2 x 170g Chicken Breast
160g dried pasta
100g Philadelphia Lightest
1 red onion
1 red pepper
2 large garlic cloves
1.5 tsp of Cajun Spices
100 ml chicken stock
30g sliced chorizo

Method:
Fry off your red pepper & onion for 5 mins then add in 0.5 tsp of the Cajun seasoning and stir then add your Garlic and fry for another 1-2 mins.

Then add in your diced up chicken breast and I always add another tsp of Cajun spices and allow to fry until chicken is cooked through. At this point put your pasta on to boil as per instructions.

Once the chicken is almost cooked through add your stock and Philadelphia lightest and give it a proper stir until the philly is all melted and allow to simmer for 5 mins until sauce is thickened.

2 mins before the end stick your chorizo on a fry frying pan and allows to crisp up and you add this at the end once served

Add your cooked pasta to your chicken and stir thoroughly then transfer to your bowl and top with your chorizo and some coriander 🌿

Lord, we pray for those who desire to enter into a loving and God-centered marriage. Grant them wisdom and discernment in choosing a partner who shares their faith, values, and commitment to serving you. Help them to build a foundation rooted in love, respect, and mutual submission, where Christ is the center of their relationship.

We also pray for married couples within the Kingdom. Strengthen their bond, deepen their love, and grant them the grace to navigate challenges and seasons of change. May they continually seek your wisdom and guidance, and may their marriage be a reflection of your love and grace to the world.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for the Kingdom to be glorified through marriages. May the love and unity displayed in these relationships be a powerful testimony of your grace and goodness. EASY & QUICK CAJUN LOADED FRIES 😍🔥

One for my spice lovers 🥵 I absolutely love anything Cajun and this Cajun sauce is my fave and it’s sooo easy!!

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, diced
1 large potato cut into chip, skin kept on for skin on fries
4tsp Cajun seasoning
2tsp paprika
1tsp onion powder
2tsp garlic seasoning
40g light soft cheese (cream cheese)
200ml chicken stock
1tsp garlic purée

To make the chicken you’re going to add it into a bowl 2tsp of Cajun seasoning, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp onion powder, 1tsp garlic and stir until covered well.

Season the chips well with salt and pepper and sprinkle 1tsp paprika and 1tsp garlic powder. Spray well with spray oil.

I cooked both the chicken and chips in my duel airfryer, I cooked the chicken on 200 for around 15 minutes and the chips on 200 for around 20-25 minutes turning half way through.

Whilst the chicken and chips are both cooking, start the sauce! In a pan add the rest of the garlic, the soft cheese and the chicken stock and keep on a low to medium heat whilst a sauce forms. Add in the rest of the Cajun seasoning and another tsp paprika.

Add a splash of water to thicken up.
Once the chicken and chips are cooked, add to a bowl and pour over the Cajun sauce… and that’s it!! 😍

What does it mean to be a Proverbs 31 Woman?

The passage of Proverbs 31 in the Bible was written by King Solomon, based on the advice his mother gave him. In reference, the passage begins:
The sayings of King Lemuel—an inspired utterance his mother taught him. Proverbs 31:1

Many theologians believe King Lemuel is a poetic name give to King Solomon. King Lemuel’s mother wanted him to choose a wife wisely and she offered him a list of characteristics to look for in a Godly wife. The passage offers us a glimpse into what being a virtuous woman or being a Proverbs 31 woman might look like.

Who was the Proverbs 31 Woman?

The Proverbs 31 woman was not an actual woman. Let’s be clear. King Lemuel’s mother was describing the kind of woman she hoped her son would find.

Because of this, many people discount the idea that it’s even possible to be a Proverbs 31 woman or they feel discouraged by the seemingly impossible standard set for women in this passage.

I believe that all of God’s Word is useful for instruction, correction, and reproof. I believe that God’s Word is still relevant today. I do not believe that God allowed the passage of Proverbs 31 in the Bible by chance. And I do believe that it’s possible to be a virtuous woman today.

Is it possible to live up to the idealistic portrayal of the virtuous woman?

Yes. But maybe not the way you think. Becoming a Proverbs 31 woman does not mean being a perfect, idealistic woman who can do it all and do it all at once. Rather, becoming a Proverbs 31 woman means that you live out God’s will for your life daily and live each day with purpose.
