An Interplanetary Story

Hailing from the frenzied suburbs of Naples - Italy, Ilario (aka Interplanet) moved to London in 2013 to start working on an interplanetary mission - Solar Orbiter. Yes, a Rocket Scientist in his everyday life who found his own internal balance between Designing Spacecraft & DJing. He soon discovered the vibrant underground scene of the city, and in 2015 started to organise small techno events in East London. His interest towards the art of Djing rapidly increased and led him to play his first sets at warehouse parties in 2017.

At the beginning of 2018 he founded the London-based collective Solitary Hounds with AlterNapo, Dr:uid & Space Conte, a group of friends & colleagues with whom he shares the same passion for techno and science. In collaboration with the rest of the "hounds", he created the party concept Timeloop - a series of techno events ranging from intimate warehouses to underground venues in North/East London - where he is currently Resident DJ

With the hounds he also features monthly at Bloop. with the "Divergent Sunshine" radio show. In October 2018 he made his debut at Underground Meco - a series of outdoor techno parties in beautiful, wild locations immersed in the nature around Lisbon - where is currently regular guest DJ.

In 2019 he landed on the dusty planet Burning Man. He was musical curator for his own project Entheos Bazaar as part of the Entheos camp - a bedouin-style space with multiple activities (from body pointing/makeup, clothing, to scent corners and chill out area). Through his DJ selection he recreated a mystical atmosphere in the Bazaar over the week, enticing visitors to explore the depth of the tent and allow the care of their souls & beauty to rest in the hands of others. On playa he played as well at Entheos Main Stage, The Queen Dick Camp and Artcar Campi Camp in Deep Playa.
