Dear all,

Everyone who has sent in their application for the viking week has received a reply and some of you some additional questions.

We are very full and i've sadly had to send out a few less positive replies, which also means that we will all have to be a bit creative with the space we have and see where we can be flexible.

I look forward to a good event and seeing a lot of you again soon.

Dear all,

The invitations for the vikingweek have been sent out and you should receive this within the next half hour.
If you have not received the email (also not in spam), please reach out to me and I can resend.

When sending the applications please check that the email goes to the correct mail address. Some browsers change the address to a Mailchimp one when clicking reply, which i do not actually receive.

The confirmations for the ascension event have just all been sent out.
If you have not received an email then either I have not received your application or something went wrong with the confirmation email so then please check in with me.

I've started preparing the planning and wanted to give a heads-up that the list is already pretty full.
If you were planning on signing up for the ascension event in Archeon, please do so as soon as possible.
