The Meltdown is 2 weeks out, players packs and payouts are here!! Remember if you are signing up on the Am side, you need to signed up by the 12th , (Wednesday) to assure you get the correct size t-shirt. We are also looking for a few more sponsors, you have until the 14th to get your artwork to me. T shirt sponsorships are $100 and T signs are $35. Registration will stay open until late next week. We will have a food truck come out for lunch so you won't have to leave the park to eat and we'll have the Interpretive Center to eat in the cool.

Hello and welcome to the Mid Summer Meltdown 7! Thank you to all that signed up. I want to apologize for this being a bit late in coming but I have had a death in my family and the last couple of weeks have been quite taxing.
This email will serve as the players meeting and will have all the info for this weekend's tourney.
Friday's tee times will start at 8:00 am and run through 1:00 pm and will be posted today (Tuesday), on the PDGA event page. Please show up to your tee time at least 10 minutes early to check in.Friday night we will be having a flymart at the interpretive center at Graham Creek, feel free to bring your discs to swap or sell or just come out and see what's for sale. This will be BYOB, and unfortunately my food truck fell through, (I told you it's been a rough couple of weeks).
We will be using PDGA live scoring at pdga.com/score and the access code is Melt7. Two people on each card will keep the score and it will tell you each hole if they match.
There will be caddie sheets with all OBs and drop zones explained at hole one of each course. There will also be water kegs on all courses.
During play if there is lightning in the area there will be two short horn blasts and play will be suspended until the threat is gone. If there is a suspension of play, leave your shots where they lie and seek shelter. Suspension will be at least 30 min, you will be notified on the scoring app on a restart time, there will also be a course official to assist with the restart. Tee times for those who have not started will be adjusted accordingly.
There will be a trophy presentation for all that are still around after the last cards are done. Payouts for all pro divisions will be done through paypal and will be in your account by the end of the day Tuesday the 26th.
Again, thank you all for coming out to our event. I try every year to make sure everyone has a great tournament experience, this year has been a tough one for me, but I will make it out the other side. If there are any questions email them to me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Match play at The Creek!!! Registration is open. Brackets are in 8's , so every eight players will make a separate bracket , the winner of each bracket will get an invite to the finals. All brackets will be generated randomly. $55 gets you two discs and a chance to move on. All brackets will start the week of May the 30th, you will have one week to complete your match, if you win you will go on to the next week for round 2.

It is once again time for tags at Graham Creek! The last 2 years have been a challenge and we have lost many of our friends and family including Dan Canceleno. This year our tag round will be a memorial for our friend.
Sunday January 30th is the date, we will play 1 round of 27 holes, all of The Preserve and the front 9 of Pecan Hollow. $30 gets you a $10 tag and $20 towards 100% payout in plastic. We will have 3 divisions and payout the top 25% of each division.
We will only have 100 tags, so get signed up early!
Come out and get the year started out right!
