Brunch. Crustless Quiche..nutritious and delicious lol

Blackened salmon with sauteed French green beans..simple yet delish

Cranberry sauce from scratch 1lb bag fresh cranberries 2cups sugar(whatever sweetener substitute u like) 1 tsp ground cinnamon(i usually use a cinnamon stick but didn't have any) 1 whole star anise 1/2 tsp all spice 1 tsp pectin Zest and juice of one orange 1 tsp fresh ginger 4c water Combine all ingredients in a pot and gently boil until reduced by 2/3 stirring occasionally..transfer to a bowl and ate cool to room temperature. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Once cooled completely put in airtight container and refrigerate or freeze.

Take the time to get fresh greens..it doesn't take long to pick them, wash them(cold running water and your hands, no chemicals) leaf by leaf, rip or chop and cook..I like using smoked turkey necks..but with my seasonings you really don't need meat if you're vegetarian or vegan http://tastetheworld1.wixsite.com/tastetheworld/online-store
