Happy birthday Jarin aka JC Stringz! We love you! We miss you!

Today, we honor the everlasting light of our beloved son, Jarin. We are deeply moved by Berklee College of Music for establishing an award in his name, a testament to the indelible mark he left on everyone he touched. The first Jarin Thomas Cole Award was presented on May 10, symbolizing his enduring influence on the arts and his community. Special thanks to Dr. Price, Dean of Africana Studies, for recognizing Jarin's impact. This tribute ensures his legacy will inspire future generations at Berklee. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🌟

Today, I celebrate the gift of unconditional love. God blessed me with a husband made just for me. Twenty-six years ago today, we said I do. Darron Cole promised to love me in sickness and in health and for better and for worse. He has fulfilled all of his promises to me. Darron Cole has been by my side through it all. He takes good care of me.
In August, we experienced the most tremendous loss I have ever been through. My mom, dad, and two of my brothers are all gone. When Jarin passed, I just knew I would not be able to go on. My husband will not allow me to stop moving forward. He prays with me on my sad days. He listens to me on the days I need to talk. He puts his grief on hold to take care of me. I can go on and on about my husband, but today, I want to honor him publically. I am not in this alone. We are in this together. Jarin is looking down on us and is proud of our love. He always told us he wanted a marriage like ours.
I love you, Darron Cole, now and forever! Happy Anniversary ❤️😘
