Another episode of baking with Ethan drips tomorrow! This week in preparation for Easter, we’re tackling some healthy carrot cake style bars by 🥕

I love incorporating veggies into my breakfast whether it’s a sweet or savory one and this recipe for the bill! I made a few substitutions and added a cream cheese topping by and they came out great! Ethan did a fantastic job helping me put everything in the blender.

You may have noticed I’ve been really quiet on IG lately & have closed my shop. We’re expecting our first baby in November & there’s been so much going on behind the scenes that I haven’t had time to keep up with IG or the shop! But I’m hoping at some point next year the creative juices will start flowing again ✂️
