😎Alright DJ Prior Is Coming Back To Entertain!...

"It's Been A While, I took some time off because of the mandates, as I am pro-choice

🙌so I heard there was a lack of entertainment in the homeschool community

👍and now that we have our children at home as well I thought I am going to put my hand up

🎶So I will be holding events for the homeschooled community from now on if that's ok with everyone

You Have To Expect To Get What You Pay For When Hiring a DJ🤔

A cheap DJ is most likely half committed and only does the job on the side, meaning less time spent on your event and will probably just rock up and wing the gig

an expensive experienced DJ knows the worth of getting out and running a professional DJ service

an experienced DJ would have already spent at least 6 hours or more of their own time getting ready for your event before they even arrive at your venue

gear maintenance, music purchasing and organising travelling, researching music

the entertainment is just the highlight of an experienced DJ's work

OUR STORY

“It’s My Passion, I love to bring people together”

I put my hands on a piano at the age of 6, and the sound just got me. I immediately got to work on everything music. self taught I played the Drums, guitar, bass, vocals, song writing recording and ended up lead vocalist for a great band called “Nobody Else’s Word”, it was a family to me (the boys), the jams the endless song writing and ultimately the performing, it came natural to me. other people were very doubtful about my endevours, some of my friends and family had told me countless times that I should give up and get a real job. which in the end did get my hopes down.

10 years passed and I was still recording music at the time and needed a DJ mixer to edit a particular track, so I bought the cheapest nastiest DJ mixer I could find, from there I started pressing those important buttons and secretly training myself to mix music.

a friend of ours knew I was in to music and was having a party, she asked if I could play some guitar and maybe DJ at the same time. I said yes to the gig and rounded up all the gear I had accumulated and got to work once again, from there the DJ in me came out “DJ PRIOR” a self taught musician singer song writer DJ, now working with some of the best DJ’s and DJ Companies in New Zealand and ultimately doing what I love......music “it’s my passion!.....I love to bring people together!”
