These past couple weeks have been extremely hectic and crazy. I’m glad that my kids are healthy and my families back in Philippines are safe after the super typhoon that just hit. My heart is still breaking for the loss of lives and devastation left, especially at this time of the year. But I trust that my fellowmen will recover slowly and faith will never be broken.

Porch drop offs will not be available for a while. I am so sorry to announce.

For more than a year, it has been fun and a rewarding experience to be personally dropping off the plants to their new homes and meeting some of you. I loved watching you open your doors and smile for the plant delivery.

But since being back to work full-time in the last few months, I want to make sure I’m still spending quality time with my family. I have to give up the delivery service for now, and until then.

We greatly appreciate your continuous support to the local community.

You can still shop our plants in Bowmanville.

Yes, even though I have been collecting and growing plants for years now.. the Marantas are one of those plants that I have struggled to care for and didn’t thrive in my care. I can’t seem to be able to find the right humidity or lighting, etc for them.

But I didn’t give up just yet! I love the foliage of these plants and they’re worth another try.

Today, she’s given me a tiny but beautiful flower to say she’s happy. (I know, some people believe that when some plants flower, it’s because they’re dying, and I refuse to agree).

Let’s always appreciate little things and look at the bright side. Our perspective on things will affect how we appreciate the world. Just my opinion.
