綠美是木箱鼓手、greenmay's StudyRoom for HandPercussion 策動人、樂隊傻喇士多 敲擊樂手、街頭藝人。2006年因方大同父親Les Fong 啟蒙接觸敲擊樂。風格主要受Stomp 敲擊舞團 、Les Fong、Moon Yip、Paul Yip、Christine He、Joe Lung 、Edmund Leung、Nelson Hui 、Heidi Joubert、David Kuckhermann、Chris Polanco 、Anna Fan 和 John Lee影響。揉合多種手鼓技巧，主張意念與技巧同等重要，多變和多樣化的即興最為人熟識。2011年開始恆常作街頭賣藝，以行動爭取公共空間。及後組成傻喇士多，主要演奏中西流行音樂。2013年為台灣木箱鼓品牌 Alipa香港代理－ N.M.A. Music作
首次木箱鼓演講和發表第一個即興獨奏《傳承蘊斷》以及為香港歌手泳兒灌錄歌曲《愛相隨》。2014年頭發表第二個即興獨奏《下白泥》及開始頻密為Billie，張匡佑，Vanir作伴奏。同年加入小提琴與風笛的音樂組合Over the Border，主要演奏蘇格蘭音樂及一些歐洲傳統民族樂曲。其後跟Billie和張匡佑組成嘿唷，更以Chok Like Bush一曲榮獲原音樂隊比賽銀獎。現正研習手鼓及沙鎚。
綠美是 楊力身體部處研究計劃 策劃人（前身為greenmay Delirium Theatre)，主要研究即興舞蹈的結構以及感覺的主體狀態，從而找出理性和感性共存的即興異域。用實踐用行為用証明用異狀傳承以及整合概念，以身體感專心修行多樣性。現時主要從事有關當代舞蹈及形體劇場的藝術工作：包括在本地編舞家黎海寧與動藝於本年六月合作的新作《咏嘆調》中任舞蹈員、為Dr. Kanta Kochhar-Lindgrem 策劃的《碼頭窗户－五天表演裝置計劃》任助理，以及剛完成由唐納天及Sebastien Saint-Jean聯合概念的裝置計劃《末日延遲》。前作包括《Inside Outdoor》、《我。正在遊行》、《正在消失的建築的聲音》、《資本主義中心的運動》、《Stand By》、《邊境國》，以及第一個長篇《言 逐》。獲法國文化協會及藝發局資助本年八月將會在牛棚藝術村和Hidden Agenda發表第一個楊力身體部處研究計劃的作品。
greenmay, a hand-percussionist (cajon), contemporary dance artist, artistic Director of greenmay Delirium Theatre, curator of Yannick Das Movement Project (Dance Research, Studies & Analysis Laboratory) , founder of greenmay's StudyRoom for HandPercussion, percussionist of the band Sollasedo, movement director of Herstory, nude model for life drawing and street artist. Inspired by Stomp, Kung Chi Shing, Les Fong, Moon Yip, Paul Yip, Christine He, Joe Lung, Edmund Leung, Nelson Hui, Heidi Joubert, David Kuckhermann, Chris Polanco, Anna Fan, Chan Hin Lung, Jun Kung and John Lee. Combined techniques from world hand-percussions, he believes ideas and skills are equally important, and that strengthen the variety, the diversity and the sensibility of cajon improvisation.
