While West Art veers into the home stretch of renovations, SPiLL is taking a little break this month. If you have ideas for a temporary spot home in April, please peep our priorities first and let us know if you can think of a good fit in the comments!!
In the meantime, if you want to see a little something my partner Emily and an incredible team of volunteer devs, voice actors, and writers (including me) from around the world worked on in the spirit of resistance and community, consider checking out BEAN-SIDHE when it launches on St. Patrick's Day, 3/17.
This game is free to play and any proceeds will be given directly to local folks in need from Palestinian neighbors trying to get their family out of the warzone to trans friends struggling with funds. No middlemen, just direct aid; this is not a thing we made for money, but because stories about resistance are pivotal reminders we - trans folks, q***r folks, black and brown and aapi and indigenous folks, and every other white man's "other" - have always been here and always will be.
I'll post about this separately, too, but I'd be remiss not mentioning it here since Emily is as much the driving force behind SPiLL as I am and has been the arguably cooler half of Sealbee Games and my life since 2013. 🖤
