Little Micah said he wanted fish and fish is what he got. I enjoyed spending time with Jeremiah and Micah. Love to kids enjoy their food.

On the menu: Fried Flounder and Freshly Grated Coleslaw (just enough vinegar and not too much sugar)

When I'm not sure what to prepare for dinner I get ideas from my travel list and stick to the theme.

Shrimp fried rice, vegetables sautee with garlic, spring onions and soy sauce with sticky juicy braised chicken. Add eggs rolls and you have about a 45 min meal prep . I couldn't find wings so substituted for breasts.
