My name is Linda Whitbourn - Business owner of Be Happy Party Pty Ltd. t/a Flash Mob Brisbane. Licensed Zumba & Line Dancing Instructor. I am also a creator of Brisbane International Folk Dancing Group as well as Wynnum/Manly Business Residents & Community Group.
Ever since I was young I have always enjoyed dancing. However, I got bullied at school. I was constantly being told that I was not allowed to be part of the dance program because I can't dance. Hence, I stop dancing. Fast forward, as I get older I realised that life is not about people telling me what I can and can’t do. I wanted to prove them wrong because I believe everyone is capable of following their dreams and doing what they love. If only they believe in themselves and never lose sights of their dream by focusing. Don’t let the obstacles stop you. Keep going.
Hence, I decided to form Flash Mob Brisbane and to include everyone who wants to be part of it. We are looking for people with similar interest in dancing to help others to be themselves and to show the world what they can do.

My aim is to create a group of people who wants nothing more than to make our world a better place to live in. Let's live in peace. Let's put a smile on peoples faces. Let's get together and create a happy place together. Let's dance, and be joyful. Let's show our generation that we can be happy without drugs and alcohol. Let's be active and live a healthy and happy life because life is beautiful.
We will practice regularly. However, booking is essential. Our practice date is;
When: 10:30 am Every second Sunday of each month commencing 19th Jan 2020. (except Easter & Christmas Break). You must book to confirm your attendance.
Where: Bayside Park, Manly - We will meet near the playground.
Who: Everyone is welcome 15+.
Why: We all know dancing is good for your body and mind. It will help you become more active and healthy while having fun and socialising.

Fee: $20.00 ea Membership Fee & $6:00 per class to cover meet up & costume cost.
Members Benefit; You will be given first priority to attend each event. You will also get to taste different type of food from other culture during our dance & picnic in the park.
