So I guess I need to put out a little message as to how the singer list is handled and run. The complaining about not singing more often when I have 25 to 30 singers is getting out of hand. If you don't know how the rotation works, please message me and I will be more than happy to explain in detail how it works to make it fair for every person. It's not hard to understand. I know you are there to sing as much as you can. I am there to get as MANY people as I can to sing. Two different objectives. I have to be fair with both ways, and I am. Seriously, if you think you should sing more than any other singer, you're wrong. Because they think the same thing. I do every thing I can to make it fair for everyone. EVERYTHING! I love having 5 singers and I love having 40 singers....... but you have to understand, if i have a lot of singers, it's going to be a bit of a wait. That's the way it is. Tonight was a night where this all came about. You won't find anyone who runs a more fair, honest rotation than I do... well, maybe a few here and there. I don't tell anyone how to do their job. I do mine the way it should be done. If you don't think it's fair for everyone then that's OK. I understand. I know it's fair for everyone. When I have 20 singers, minimum hour and 15 minutes or so. I hate that I can't get everyone up every 10 minutes. I hope y'all will understand that the more singers, the longer wait. I hate it as much as you do..... but.... it is what it is. I will continue to run it the way I always have. Fair and honest. I know this probably sounds petty to some of you but to some, rotation in karaoke is a matter of life and death it seems and I understand..... so, enough said. Any questions??
