This event was held to honor Mike as the new APS superintendent, but I was also tasked with making a small display for their daughter who just graduated from there as well. They had a family tradition, from the time Amani was small, to collect change for her college fund. It had become an inside joke that she wanted to bring into the festivities.

We created this beautiful poem to help explain the history behind the coin box. It was a beautiful way to help honor their daughter and help make her future that much brighter. 🌟🏫

It was my honor to meet and help the new Superintendent celebrate his new role 🏫. His wife asked us to elevate the room using the APS colors. These feather centerpieces and teal uplighting really helped bring the room together and what made it better, it was all a SUPRISE!

Once upon a spooky night 🌙, in a town filled with cobwebs and pumpkin ghouls, a mischievous balloon spider 🎈🕷️ decided to crash the Halloween party 🎃🎉. With its cunning webs and sneaky tricks, it spun everyone into a web of laughter 😄🕸️. But beware, this creepy crawler was full of surprises! Happy Monday Everyone! I figured I would come on and introduce myself so you know the face behind the designs. My name is Vanessa and I am the creator behind Events By Her. I am originally from New York, but moved to Colorado a few years back for a change in scenery, but have always had a passion for throwing a good party. My first "event" was when I was 16 years old and my little brother was turning 10. I had my first real job and spent my whole paycheck that week to buy things for this party.💵 I got a pinata, candy, and decorations...I think I was just as excited as he was! I spent the night before filling the pinata and the next morning decorating the backyard. Him, myself and all of his friends had a blast.... and this was the first time I remember falling in love with event planning. 💕 Now, those little decorations I got from the grocery store back then, have evolved into the rentals you see today.🎈 By finding my passion in event rentals and decor, it allowed me to meet so many amazing people. I have worked with vendors and clients that are now life long friends. 2022 was my first year in business and it was amazing. I can't wait to see what 2023 has in store.
