We had the honor again this year of catering Sharon George’s fundraiser to honor veterans, children and animals! On the menu was charcuterie, boards, hummus, baba ghanoush, grilled eggplant, rotisserie chicken, sliced beef brisket, barbecue ribs, cucumber and tomato salad and Lebanese potato salad.

Thank you Greenville golf for hosting such a beautiful event, the weather sure was perfect for it! On the menu was half rotisserie chicken with parsley, potatoes, corn on the cob and pasta salad. Thanks for having us back. We’ll see you again soon.!

Beautiful flowers sent to me from my little church in Sharpsville, Freedom Chapel. Thank you for all the prayers. I am recovering surprisingly well. I can walk good as long as I have a walker. I'm very grateful that my stroke was so minor.

When The Buhl swimming pool is closed on Friday evening, this is what you do... You get Grandpa to take you to Chuck e Cheese and then go to Chinese buffet for two plates of baby clams. A good time was had by all!

A beautiful celebration this past weekend at the lovely Sharon George’s estate. Appetizers provided were hummus, bazenjani, salsa and charcuterie boards. On the dinner menu was rotisserie chicken, BBQ ribs, smoked brisket, grilled eggplant, cucumber salad, potato salad, and butter cut rolls. 3 food tables, a team of 10 Buzzard Box helpers, 300 guests and a beautiful fundraising event followed with a fireworks display. Thanks for having us out again this year, it was an honor as always and thank you to everyone for making this happen, we’ll see you soon!

Thanks for having us cater your wedding reception Dominic, your hospitality is greatly appreciated, this young man told us to pick a bottle of wine to take home, aprons off to you! Lots of smiling faces, lots of compliments and on the menu was meat only, rotisserie chicken, BBQ pulled pork and smoked, sliced brisket.

Millwood Inc at Camp Carl in Ravenna, our largest event of the season with a little under 1,000 servings, 15 food tables, 3 dessert tables and 1 table for Iced Tea and Lemonade. There are just not enough words to express our gratitude to have us back for another year filled with family, fun and an abundance of food! Thank you to the several teams who took part in making this another successful year! On the menu was Rotisserie chicken, BBQ pulled pork, grilled hot dawgs and hamburgers, macaroni & cheese, green bean casserole, baked beans, potato salad, pasta salad, garden salad, roll with butter, vegetable trays, watermelon trays, assorted fruit trays, 8 peach, cherry and blueberry cobblers, 8 pineapple squares, 50 apple, cherry and peach pies and of course, 90+dozen assorted cookies. Over 800 happy bellies passed down 3 lanes of tables in less than 45 minutes! Lots of compliments and lots of work, well worth every minute of it, thanks for having us cater your event!

The rain has stopped, cooled things off a bit and set the stage for tonight’s main event, 50 cent HOT DAWGS!!!! Just kidding, the main event tonight features the 4 Kings live music at Buhl Park, see you all soon! Tickets for 1/2 chicken dinners with parsley potatoes, baked beans, roll with butter and drink of choice can be bought right next to our food truck/tent where they are actually selling pulled pork sandwiches and yes, 50 CENT HOT DAWGS!!!!
