I started my sourdough starter about a week ago, prior to this bake. This is my first time making sourdough bread 🥖 😌There’s so many things that I’ll do differently next time, but I am happy with how it came out. Still there’s tons of room for improvement.. I’m hoping next weekend’s sourdough bread comes out much better🙏🏻🤞🏻

Morning Pastries 🥮 🫐🍓😍 i’m over here thinking baking is like riding a bike. I’m nope not at all🤣😩 I made a rough puff pastry dough yesterday let it sit in the fridge overnight and assembled everything today, as well as making pastry cream. Everything came out OK but I feel like it could’ve been so much better. practice makes perfection
