Prime Experiences at the City Gardens of Southern Oaks We would love to meet with you and give you a tour of our venue. Weddings and other Life Celebrations can be costly from a time and also money standpoint.

We can help........we can handle everything for you so that you enjoy your event to the fullest, with minimum stress and effort. Show up, enjoy, go home! We are closed for appointments and venue visits on Sunday and Monday, unless we have an event booked. Appointments and venue visits can be scheduled Tuesday - Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with evening appointments available by appointment

. Friday appointments are by appointment request only if available. We are setting up for the weekend's events

Events may be booked based upon availability any day during the week and weekends if we have availability.

Over the last five years, we have coordinated over 550 weddings and events, serving more than 45,000 guests.

We believe the “Little Things Matter”in creating amazing celebrations with minimal stress, worry or work for you. Our team is led by Jolene Dingler, one of the only individuals that holds designations as a Certified Wedding/Event Planner, an Image Consultant, an Emily Post Etiquette Expert and a Certified Experience Economy Expert. In addition, our team consists of three additional certified wedding planners, photographer, cake designer, floral designer, caterer, and disc jockey. Together, we are dedicated to making your celebration magical.

By taking the time to understand your vision, we use our vast experience and our world-class facilities to make your dreams come alive. If you want an indoor event, then our three turn-of-the century venues are transformed into your personal paradise. Our outdoor gazebo is perfect, if you want an outdoor experience, as our tents transform the highly acclaimed garden into a breathtaking, light filled oasis for an elegant evening gala.

Our All-inclusive portfolio offers a wide array of collections designed to meet different needs and budgets. We take care of your engagement shoot, invitations and coordinate the RSVPs, wedding gown, tuxes, floral, food and beverage, decor, planning, set up and clean up. For those brides that want to do all the work, we also offer two DIY venue options.
