over 20 years of experience under my belt, nearly 4 of which were spent in New York City under culinary giants such as April Bloomfield and Gordon Ramsey. My philosophy on cooking is this - anyone can do it, with a little guidance. My goal is to make exquisite food accessible to everyone, be it through an intimate event catered out of your kitchen, or by assisting you to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create your own culinary masterpiece through a private lesson. You do have the tools and the space to make incredible meals at home - let me help show you how! All you provide is the space - let me take care of the rest. I will only use the utensils you have available to me within your home, proving that anyone can make a memorable meal within their means.
