A reel of real good times!!! Celebrating our launch with you was honestly amazing! And it couldn't have happened without a dream team and the energy of everyone involved right from the paint fighters who embraced the paint fight pen, to the divine food and mocktails by Paula Fig leaf plant based life, the insane cakes by Madi at Madi Bakes Ltd in Whitley bay, to the incredible baloon arch by Debbie Mahoney!

We are recruiting!!! Is it you we're looking for or someone you know????
It's going to be a minimum of 25hrs a week. The ideal person will be under 25yrs and claiming Universal Credit.
Maybe you have a degree, maybe you left school sooner than you should have?
For me it's about the potential and commitment to being successful that shines through, i think the biggest skill to succeed in my biz is having those things that can't be learned. Sparkle, energy, enthusiasm and a funny bone!!!!
Fun is serious business though and there'll be a lot of hard work, a lot of personal growth and a lot of challenges for you and us to face as we step forward into the future of your tribe together.
Communication skills are key in the role. Having a set of sound IT skills and experince of working is going to be a huge advantage.
Social media management experience would be wicked, design skills awesome, pervious experience in management roles would be amazing too BUT none of this is as important as a drive to succeed and have fun in the process. We don't get long on this planet. Life doesn't have to be so serious. We can be wildly successful and still have fun.
The MOST important quality for me is RELIABILITY.
Some of the work will be at our studio in Hoults Yard, Newcastle upon Tyne. Some will be working from home. Some will be generally out and about locally and nationally. There'll be overnight stays away, particularly in the summer as we come into festival season.
A clean drivers license and own car would be another massive tick in the box but neither are essential, however a willingness to drive/learn to drive will be required too.
We provide laptop and phone with data.
