When packing all of your little wedding details, we suggest making a list of all that you’ve packed! Not only will it help your photographer know what items they have to work with, but it helps us ensure all items make it back to you.

Have you noticed after you announce your engagement everyone quickly starts to ask questions about your wedding?
“Have you set a date?” or “Where will the wedding be?” — “Will I be able to bring a guest” is a personal favorite!

The list can feel overwhelming at first; venues to florals, menus to bar selections, music to photographers and videographers
— the list goes on!

One thing we’ve found is that when it comes to the logistics of the wedding ceremony and reception, guests come first, literally! Many (if not all) venues have a capacity on the number of quests they can fit; and this can change based on the type of meal you plan to serve (buffet vs. plated meal vs. stations).

It’s important to know a ballpark number of guests you plan to invite to know if a venue will be able to accommodate your anticipated guest list size. This list doesn’t have to be your final guest list, but something that can give you an estimated number of invitees.
