We both bring a wide array of skills and talent in the food and beverage arena. Gale worked for Bay Hill in Orlando Florida and worked the 1992 Bay Hill Invitational. She can pair food and wines for a perfect dinner.Gale has a fascinating background

being a native from Guyana, South America. Gale grew up cooking and experiencing exotic dishes and is the daughter of a Guyanese mother and an american shrimp boat captain of many years. Gale has the experience to create, design and execute great events.She is a an exotic cook and a great designer....these are the reasons she chose to start her own company and that company is none other than GG's Catering & Designs by GALE!!!
