Creating Beauty from Pain
This has been one of my main motivators in creating art: to express the myriad whirlwind emotions that come from living life. Heartbreak, mostly, but loss in general is a common theme.
I also draw or paint the things I find beautiful. Things that bring warm feelings or nostalgia during my difficult times. My hope is that, above all else, others might find their own truth and authenticity through the art I create to portray mine.
