As of last Friday, hurricane Helene hit Upstate South Carolina and Western Carolina’s hard. Please continue to pray for our communities as many set to rebuild and restart their lives.

I would like to send a special THANK YOU to all the line man helping to restore power in our area and bring back a sense of normalcy. As the upcoming days turns into weeks it will get better and please note that we will all get through this together and come out stronger than ever.

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY TO US!
This month we are celebrating 2 years in business in Downtown Central. We want to thank everyone who has shopped with us over the past 24 months. We are so appreciative! We opened our business with a mission to support our community with a place to encourage literacy and to purchase high quality educational toys. We hope that we have added some joy and convenience into your life.

We also want you to know that owning a small business in today's economy is VERY, VERY hard. You may have noticed other small businesses closing their doors because it's a constant struggle to compete against AMAZON and CHAIN stores and restaurants. It's often been a struggle for us to keep our doors open as well.

We only ask that when you are deciding where to spend your money - either shopping or dining - please remember to support a small business whenever possible. It may only be one purchase or one meal a month, but it does make a difference! We hope that we are able to continue to serve you in the foreseeable future, but we can only stay open with the continued support of our community.

The final day of Christmas in July is apon us. This July I have been extremely blessed to have worked and visited so many amazing people! I would just like to thank The Bunny Hive Greenville, Clare's Creamery, and Palmetto Proper for an incredible visits!
