A Little Backstory
It all started with a book. When I was 11, I checked out a book from the library on photography for kids. Then I checked it out again, and again, and again. The idea that photos and film could be art had never occurred to me and it was very compelling. So, I saved up all my money and bought my first point-and-shoot camera. I never looked back.
Flash forward to today, and I’m fortunate enough to call film and photography my full-time passion. I’ll never call it a job, because it’s not work when you’re doing something you love.
