Meet Joel’s grandmother Ma Cuca. Ma Cuca started the taco business in 1989 in her hometown of Teocaltiche, Jalisco. She taught her children the business, the hard work ethic, & the love for it. Zenaido Ramos opened the first location in 2007. Marcelina Ramos opened a second location in 2010. The torch passed down to third generation Joel Ramos who opened the third taco stand in 2021 along with a catering business. Daisy Ramos, third generation, leads/manages location 1 & 3. We are thankful to Ma Cuca for planting the seed, watering the growth, & it has blossomed where we are today. Thank you to everyone for supporting us in this journey. We are FOREVER grateful to carry her legacy 🕊️🤍
