I'm a registered marriage celebrant based in Dunedin, but definitely willing to travel, who loves to create fun, personalised and individual ceremonies for couples for their special day. There are a few rules regarding wedding ceremonies and the rest if completely up to you.

What to get old mate for his birthday, but he's already got everything, including a hot wife? A walking tour of our adopted home city! Epic wander around Central Dunedin this morning with Athol from City walks, we learnt so much about the buildings we walk past everyday.

On a day at Grandview gardens, Jemma wed her favourite person Campbell. Isabel and Mila are lucky to have two amazing parents who found each other, and on Saturday decided this is it! Congrats Mr and Mrs Ellis!

Everything about Kirsty and Stacey's wedding was epic! 6.30pm kick off time, bridal party all wore chucks, black wedding gown, bestest guests, all the love! Congrats wifeys for life! I loved everything about your long awaited celebration of love!

Yesterday a very nervous, but amazingly dapper Matt married the love of his life Holly at Orokonui Ecosanctuary. Holly promised to always be there with a hug, and Matt promised to still love her even though she puts the toilet roll on the wrong way. Now that's love 🤣 Congrats Holly and Matt, I'm glad we got to marry the beejesus out of you.

Friday afternoon was filled with sun and sand and laughter and love .... oh and tractors, as Anna married Blair her favourite person on the beach at Waikouaiti. Blair is happy Anna's cooking has improved after she annihilated a roast pork on their first date, and Anna knows Blair will always make her belly laugh. It's a pretty great match. Congrats Mr and Mrs Stewart!

On a very rainy Saturday afternoon Gabbie and Aaron got married! I'm a huge fan of doing it your way, so of course their fur baby Ava was present! Aaron promised to only share Dad jokes if they were truly funny and Gabbie promised to always make Aaron a cup of coffee in the morning. My kind of wedding vows! Congrats Mr and Mrs Lanini!

Yesterday afternoon Caity and Andy absolutely nailed their wedding ceremony at Lochend Woolshed The bride dropped a Brooklyn 99 reference into her vows, Andy may have shed a tear or two, everyone else laughed, cheered and were generally pretty epic guests. I know there may have been a few sore heads this morning, but totally worth it. Congrats Mr and Mrs Anderson.

Carl and Tash decided yesterday and for the rest of their lives to let their 'thing' and their love will always win! And honestly I can't think of a better way to start the next chapter of their love story. Surrounded by their children and their friends/whanau and their biggest supporters they did it! Epically I might add! Lochend Woolshed His and Hers Catering provided the goods, while Kerry Hodge Photography took snaps that I know will be treasured for years to come. Congrats Carl and Tash, I wish you both an epic love story!

Samantha and Michael spent their wedding ceremony laughing, hugging, crying and tenderly looking after each other, and in my eyes that's exactly how your ceremony should look. It's your wedding so it should reflect you, how you love each other and how you intend to spend your lives taking care of each other. Surrounded by the beauty that is Pounawea, these two did just that, and it was absolutely perfect. Congrats to the newest, marriedest people Samantha and Michael!

Keegan and Phoebe met on the D floor at the famous Globe nightclub in Oamaru on Phoebe's 21st. They have since shared so many adventures together side by side, and now they are looking forward to many more adventures together, but now as Husband and Wife. When cows are your life, makes sense to have them included in your special day. Sarita and Braidy tied the knot this afternoon on the family farm with the girls looking over the fence. Braidy knows his new wife is super undecisive (but only about the small things) and Sarita knows that he will always steal the duvet! It's a match made in heaven. So lovely today to celebrate a love story, with all that's going on at the moment. Congrats Mr and Mrs Love!

Kaka Point turned it on for Abby and Dan this weekend! Abby promised to let Dan occasionally think that he may have won an argument, and Dan promised to keep any hangriness away, by keeping Abby fed! There was some tears and laughter and all that good stuff that should be at a wedding between two epic people and I loved every second of hanging with you guys and your families. Congrats Mr and Mrs Grant.

On a day at Grandview Gardens Outram yesterday, the stunning Olivia and very dapper Josh made it official. There were some tears, alot of laughter, a wedding dress with pockets (I know right!) and bucketfuls of love. What a great way to kick off 2022 season. Elizabeth and Matt credit the Colonel as their match maker. They met while both working at KFC and while it may not be the most romantic place to start a love story, it is their story. Elizabeth knows she will always be the spider killer of the house, and Matt is resigned to the fact Elizabeth hates making decisions. Today at North View Gardens they decided to make it official! Congrats Mr and Mrs Hibbs.

In the midst of all that is going on in the world, it's a real treat to step out of real life and into weddingland! Saturday afternoon, under a perfect sky, Georgina and Zak had a wedding ceremony, which was exactly them! For Zak 7 years ago it was love at first sight, while Georgina remembers being weirded out by this cute, tall guy who wouldn't stop staring at her! (That was Zak, by the way) and on Saturday once again he couldn't stop staring at his beautiful new wife! Congrats Mr and Mrs Hartzuiker!

Adam and Kylie laughed their way through their ceremony today, and that in my books is exactly how it should be done! They saved their mushy wedding vows to say to each other later in private and their ceremony was exactly what they wanted. Congrats Mr and Mrs Burke-Hayes!

Happy 2 week wedding anniversary to the gorgeous Amy and her favourite person Larry! Among the daffodil patch at the Dunedin Botanical Gardens, these two and their bubble made it legal. I'm so grateful that we got it done among all that is going on at the moment. Congrats Mr and Mrs Martin!

The annual wedding season round up! 2020-2021 season finished 2 weeks ago. 35 amazing couples invited me to share a small piece of your wedding day with them, and I am always so grateful that I get to marry truly the most fantastic people. This season has seen me travel to Christchurch, Twizel, Danseys Pass, and the Catlins. As you can see they all looked gorgeous, me not always so much :) Congrats to all the newlyweds.

Everything about Bex and Lisha's wedding was epic. The amazing florals by the talented Charlotte at RocknRosie, the venue, one of the best photographers around Acorn Studio NZ And if I do say so, a pretty epic ceremony. There was laughter and tears and an epic amount of love squeezed into a small space. Thanks for letting me finish my season epically lovelies and congrats Mrs and Mrs McNaught.

When your husband to be works for a scaffolding company, this makes total sense! Possibly one of the coolest wedding arches I've seen. And standing underneath it I married the beejesus out of Terrianne and her hero Campbell yesterday afternoon. For these two soul mates it was important that they recognised they were creating a new blended family, so they created a beautiful sand ceremony. Congrats Mr and Mrs Mclaren!

Divya and Mitchell pulled off a pretty epic ceremony yesterday afternoon Lochend Woolshed Divya loves that Mitchell has taught her the rules to cricket and to live in the moment, while Mitchell is stoked to be living his life with his best friend who makes his everyday better. Pretty perfect match in my books. Congrats guys, now go live happily ever after!

Marry someone who's good with his hands 😉 and Matt definitely is. He constructed this amazing arch (can you see Matt and Alyse's initials? And this spectacular LOVE sign? This afternoon with the gorgeous sounds of Ryan Shanks, playing one of Alyse's favourite songs, she walked down the aisle at The Port Molyneux School to her favourite person Matt, ready to start the rest of their lives together in wedded bliss. On the sunny Friday afternoon at Lochend Woolshed Jo and Michael celebrated what has been an amazing 9 years together, and eagerly look forward to living the rest of their lives as husband and wife . Michael promised not to limit Jo's pot plant collection, while Jo promised to help Michael keep dreaming his big dreams. Congrats Mr and Mrs Crombie, it was an honour.

Yesterday afternoon in the shadow of Harbour Cone at Hoopers Inlet Nicole wed her cricket loving soul mate Matt. Matt and his boys walked down the aisle to the old banger "Sweet Caroline" which amped the guests up and set the tone for a love filled ceremony. And Mr and Mrs Hunter surprised their guests by announcing that Baby Hunter will be arriving later this year! Congrats guys!

This afternoon Leigh and her girls walked across Shaky Bridge in Alexandra to meet Robbie, her boulder, the man who is always there, standing beside her, supporting her when it's all gets a bit too much. He also makes her laugh, makes a great cup of coffee but can't seem to make the bed "her way"! But she loves him anyway 🤣 Wishing you both a lifetime of love together, congrats Mr and Mrs O'Connor!
