Day-of Event Coordination

If your event is (or will be) fully planned, but you would like a professional to come in to coordinate and oversee the dynamic phases of the event, we would be happy to help! Create a comprehensive timeline of the event
Provide timeline to vendors and other appropriate participants
Up to 5 hours of service on the event day
Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items bein

g delivered, etc) the week prior to the event
Attend final meeting with the venue

Full Event Planning Service

We can help you with all of your event planning needs! From décor to coordination, we’ll be there with you every step of the way to ensure your event is a success! Create a comprehensive timeline of the event
Provide timeline to vendors and other appropriate participants
Up to 5 hours of service on the event day
Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the event
Develop and implement an innovative and elegant décor scheme
Assist with venue selection – will recommend venues based on your desires, will schedule venue visit meetings for you, will attend up to four venue visits with you
Research and make vendor suggestions
Schedule and attend up to 5 vendor meetings upon consultant availability*
Attend final meeting with the venue
Manage vendors once hired/selected
Keep track and send reminders of when payments are due
Manage guest list and keep track of RSVPs
A La Carte Services (Prices vary depending on the add-ons you choose.) Out of Town Concierge

Create and distribute wedding weekend itinerary
Determine transportation needs and hotel accommodations for out of town guests
Assemble and deliver up to 30 out of town bags (clients to provide the contents) for guests staying within a 10 mile radius
Provide local tourism information

Ceremony Coordinator

Present at rehearsal to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions
Will conduct the rehearsal in the absence of an on-site/church coordinator
Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time
Line up groomsmen and bridesmaids
Ensure placement of all personal ceremony items

Design Assistance

Up to 4 hours of service
Decorate the event location and ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
1 consultation prior to the event to go over the details
